Amidst all the heavy rains and thundershowers received on Tuesday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, and Rajkummar Rao shoot for their upcoming comedy-drama, Fanney Khan. While most schools and several offices were shut on Tuesday the ‘Fanney Khan’ team braved the December shower and shot in the rains for straight 12 hours at a studio in Bhandup.

Fanney Khan is the official Hindi remake of the Oscar-nominated Dutch film, Everybody’s Famous! Aishwarya and Anil who will be reuniting after 17 years are almost done with their sequences. After more than a month, post his ankle fracture on a reality show, Rajkummar has finally started shooting with Aishwarya and Anil.  The unit is expected to break for Christmas and New Year after Rajkummar wraps up his portions by next week. Further,  Aishwarya and Rajkummar will be filming together all week with the actress filming two larger-than-life song sequences through January and February.

“The trio filmed from 9 am to 9 pm on Tuesday, a hilarious sequence which had everyone in splits,” a source from the set told a leading daily, adding that concerned about the safety of the team, the makers had made arrangements to film indoors. “The three got along well and even dined together.”
