Khloe Kardashian has given her first interview since confirming her pregnancy. Appearing on The Ellen Show, the reality star – who is six months pregnant – opened up about life as a mum-to-be and even revealed potential baby names.
“At the beginning, the first trimester is the worst,” said Khloe. “No one knows you’re pregnant yet and you feel the most uncomfortable. I think once people know you’re pregnant, you get all those excuses. Hopefully I look pregnant, not just fat, so people realise if I don’t feel well or tired or whatever. It’s hard for me to breathe right now, but other than that I’m good.”
“It’s a pretty tight outfit,” joked Ellen. “That’s not really maternity clothes, is it?”
“It’s not, no. I’m going to try to not wear maternity clothes as long as possible.”
Khloe and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson have chosen not to find out the sex of their baby. When quizzed about names, Khloe revealed they’ve chosen Tristan Junior for a boy, but are yet to choose a girl’s name, although she’d like it to begin with a ‘K’ or a ‘T’.
When asked if the pair were planning to marry any time soon, Khloe replied: “I hope so, but I’m not in a rush for any of that. As you know, I’ve rushed quite a few things before, so right now I’m so loving the place I am in my life and I’m just happy with how things are going. We talk about it, for sure, but we’re both just happy where we are. What’s meant to be will be.”
Despite speaking openly about herself, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star remained tight-lipped about the pregnancy rumours surrounding her sister Kylie Jenner, who appears to have dropped off the face of the earth in recent weeks. Could she have given birth already?!
Khloe finally confirmed her own pregnancy via the medium of a sweet Insta announcement in December.
Following months of speculation, E News! confirmed it, and later a teaser clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians looked like she was celebrating the news with her friends. But she’d been yet to announce it herself… until this
In her heartfelt caption Khloe, who has publicly struggled to have children, wrote:
“My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!
“Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you’ve been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!

It had been a while since people stopped talking about whether or not Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson were expecting their first child together – but of course the Kardashians would not let the dust settle. The new teaser of what’s ‘still to come’ on Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 14 arrived and preeeetty much convinced us we’re soon going to be watching Khlo break the news to her family.
In the video you can see the Kardashian-Jenners in what looks like a party for Khloé. Kourtney is then seen asking momager Kris Jenner: “You didn’t know it?” – and everyone is giving Khloé loads of affection If you pay close attention you can see Kris wiping some tears in the background.

Panicked, Khloe replied: “Shut the f*ck up! This is definitely not at all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can’t get pregnant?”
In another scene from the same episode, Khloe talks about how she wants to have a family with basketball boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

“He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father. I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, the clock is ticking. I feel in my soul it will happen.”
The pair have been dating since August 2016.
