Just how traditional are you planning your future wedding to be? Tasteful flowers, muted colour scheme, keeping the Best Man sober until his speech, and an elegant dress your nan will approve of? Or, are you a fan of throwing away the rule book and making your special day a bit more risqué? Well, the Spanish label Pronovius have launched the sheer bridal lace jumpsuit, which may be right up your aisle street. And we’re not talking about something to wear on your wedding night (although we would love to see their ideas), this is an actual outfit to wear on your big day.
The jumpsuit is a nod to the growing trend of brides changing out of their wedding gown to something a little more party-ready. However, just imagine the face on your future spouse as you sashay down the aisle in it. Nothing says “Til death do us part” like the potential of a nip slip during the vows.
The brand modeled the jumpsuit on 29-year-old Spanish model and TV presenter Christina Pedroche, who rocks it so well, we’re a tad envious. Apparently it has 200 crystals (so you’re wearing 201 if you count your ring) and took a whopping 244 hours to make. So it seems only logical to wear it as long as possible: from ceremony to…wedding night.
